NOTE: We are very thankful for every customer we serve and want you to be 100% satisfied with our work. If you feel that it’d be best to reschedule due to weather, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make arrangements for our crews. We will reschedule to the next available spot. If we need to reschedule a clean, we will contact you the day before or the morning of. In warmer months, we expect sporadic rain falls and do not reschedule for quick showers. If the weather is forecasted to be below freezing, or if rain is forecasted for the entire day, we may reschedule for safety/quality purposes. This ensures a clear line of communication. A few days before the job, you will receive a reminder email. Upon scheduling, you will receive an emailed confirmation and text. Our normal start time is 9am, and if time/job size allows we can schedule cleans later in the day. If the quote is agreed upon we will set up a time for us to come out. The same issue may come up with hard water stains which require a special product and method to remove. If construction debris is present it may effect the price and is something we will discuss before proceeding with the clean. Some times this is not noticeable until we begin to clean the windows.
